ScienceDirect/Scopus Lunch and Learn In-Person / Online

On October 24 at 1-3pm, join Elsevier and the Seton Hall Libraries for an overview of ScienceDirect (the largest publishing platform for STEM journal & books) and Scopus (the largest abstract database of peer-reviewed research), both available to Seton Hall scholars. This open-level demonstration will cover how to find and access research for both new and experienced users. For ScienceDirect, we'll review the content available and the platform's features to support reading and discovery; for Scopus, we'll cover how to search the database, its content coverage, the analytics it provides, and its integrations with other platforms.

This hybrid event will be presented live on campus in the Beck rooms (Walsh Library, lower level), and broadcast live on Teams. Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees; please register below to receive more information and the Teams invite.
