[PLEASE READ AND DELETE THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING FORM:

Please add your name to the Event Organizer or Event Creator field but NOT to the "Presenter" field. The presenter field is only to be used if you are co-teaching with another librarian.
ALSO select your name from the Internal Tags field (this is at the very bottom of the list). This is important, as this is how I "count" your classes at the end of the year.
There is a new field for "Audience" and Faculty, Graduate, and Undergraduate are pre-selected for you. Please adjust these as necessary - for example if Guests are invited, you can add them. If this workshop is only for faculty, uncheck everything else.
Please select the appropriate "Category," i.e. the SHU department for which you are teaching. If you do not see the right department listed, just go ahead and create the event, send me the link, and ask Brooke or Zach to make you the right category.
