Data Narrative Assignment Workshop In-Person
Join Greg Iannarella, M.A., Lecturer of English and Coordinator of Business Writing, as he shows workshop participants how they can use different data visualization software and presentation tools, along with careful assignment sequencing, to supplement traditional research paper assignments with interactive data visualization reports. The case study will show how Professor Iannarella used Policy Map and Tableau to include statistics on diversity and other social justice concerns into his Business Writing course without relying on articles with a clear bias.
