Walsh Workshop: Copyright and Permissions Online
This presentation will cover the basics of copyright law that students should know about while pursuing their degrees. Topics covered will include what copyright is and why it must be adhered to; common copyright issues students may come across while working on their dissertations and how to solve these issues; Creative Commons Licenses and Open Access works; and the Fair Use Doctrine.
